Dr. Amber Fontenot

Dr. Fontenot is a Pittsburgh native who grew up in Upper St. Clair and returned home to join the team at Bethel Park Animal Clinic. She earned her veterinary degree from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 2011 after completing her undergraduate studies and playing Division II lacrosse at Gannon University in Erie, PA

With experience practicing in Tennessee, Missouri, and Louisiana, Dr. Fontenot brings over a decade of well-rounded clinical knowledge. She has a strong interest in dermatology, radiology, ultrasound, oncology, and internal medicine, and is passionate about building lasting relationships with clients while managing both routine and complex cases.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Josh, their three children, and their two cats, Minou and Nola. She loves camping, trying new restaurants, and connecting with family and friends.
