My dog Cooper was not a patient until a little under 3.5 weeks ago. Unfortunately he was older, and starting to decline, and in an emergency situation when my veterinarian of over 10 years was 'too busy' to help us, I called BPAC in a panic. Although this group of doctors and technicians had never seen us before, they immediately helped us out by finding a way to see Cooper. Not only did they see him within 24 hours of my first call, sadly we were there upward of 3 times within a seven day period. The two different doctors we saw were more than kind, and patient and incredibly thorough when I would ask questions or call about follow up needs, medicine questions, food questions and general concerns. They took every one of my calls. Answered every one of my questions and all without a level of arrogance or annoyance, but with genuine care and concern. Sadly we had to put Cooper down just days after his first visit because his decline was so fast--and even in that most horrible situation--we as a family couldn't have asked for more from this group of caring practitioners. From the receptionists, to the staff at the front desk, to the technicians and doctors, I cannot say enough. They helped my family and my sweet dog through an unimaginably painful period and we will forever be grateful. I am writing this review just 3 weeks since Cooper passed--and just today--I received the kindest sympathy card signed by every employee and with a personalized note. I have used two other vets during Coopers 12.5 year life, and I just wish I would have known about this amazing group of people before now. I cannot thank each one of your staff enough. If you don't get this kind of care on a regular basis from your vet--you should seriously consider changing.
